Description:
This Digital and Loyalty Marketing role requires someone to hit the ground running on major projects happening within the organisation in the coming months. The successful candidate will be working on the roll out of a new member portal for a loyalty program. You will be responsible for the training program, and offer personalised support to members based on the sophistication of their systems in place. You will also be onboarding a major external brand into the loyalty portal which requires specific compliance and customisation according to the organisations standards. You will also play a part in another incentive program project, setting up dashboards and reporting analytics for different partners.
About You
You will have strong experience in the roll out of loyalty programs or similar project work. You will have good knowledge of CRM systems and be able to provide training collateral and personalised services to stakeholders. You will have strong digital marketing skills and be able to hit the ground running immediately. You must be available immediately and able to commit to a FTC of 3-4 months.
