The Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for supporting Digital Channels & Customer Experience Design, and the wider Bureau with insights gained from analysis of the performance of the website and mobile app and customers’ digital behaviours.
They will use large data sets to find opportunities for optimising the customer experience and create models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
Your resource management is strong and your ability to analyse and evaluate requirements to define and develop solutions for web and mobile systems, applications, and processes.
The ideal person for this role will have a track record of successfully implementing and operating customer digital analytics hub and deliver actionable insight that improve the customer experience.
