Description:
As part of the Microsoft Dynamics Practice, you will be responsible for Dynamics Solution and Functional architecture across a range of clients. In this role you are expected to provide a holistic view across business, information, application, and technology aspects for the solution to identify and analyse value propositions to deliver the solution within the cost and time constraints of the program in a way that realises the business outcomes and aligns to the organisation's objectives.
In this role, you will be charged with designing and implementing solutions focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
You will be supported by a wider team of technology and business experts. The nature of the role demands adaptability and versatility. This role is highly customer focussed, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to problem solve with agility.
Responsibilities
- Provide Subject matter expertise across Microsoft Dynamics
- Provide guidance, expertise, and internal consulting services on Dynamics, PowerApps, and Flow projects
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise-scale information portal and knowledge management system
- Design and architect new cloud-oriented solutions and proof of concept designs for our cloud and mobile platforms;
- Perform feasibility assessments, planning, testing and technical documentation for our implementation teams;
- Review business, functional and technical requirements and translate these into technical solutions;
- Monitor the progress of architecture projects and ensure the agreed design is followed by the implementation team;
- Document maintain and update governance documentation and best practices
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in customising Dynamics 365 solutions using workflows, plug-ins and other cloud based services
- Dynamics Portal experience
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other third-party application
- Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, MS Flow and PowerBI
- Experience with Microsoft enterprise technologies such as SharePoint Online or cloud technologies - e.g. Azure PaaS
- Experience with Azure Services; LogicApps, Azure Service Bus Queues, Azure Blob Storage, CosmosDB, Azure SQL, Azure Monitor (et al), App Registrations, Azure Apps, Key Vault, Resource Groups, Data Factory
- Experience with data technologies like Power Query, Data Flows, Data Factory, Workspaces, Power Platform Data Gateways.
- Web API Experience focused on cloud integration patterns; OpenAPI/Swagger, LogicApps, JSON, App Registrations, MS Graph.
- Experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
- Custom workflow assembly development, CRM form programming (i.e. JavaScript), Custom page integration
- Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation
- Background in .Net development (C#, web services) will be highly regarded
