Responsibilities

• Create high detail designs across a broad range of residential projects
• Produce efficient output including CAD modelling and documentation sets
• Manage clients timely and effectively to ensure deadlines are met
• Develop, manage and run client service and systems in support of business needs
• Prioritise and manage the delivery of business projects, programs, methods and systems according to business needs

Qualifications & Credentials

• Minimum cert IV Interior Design or Building Design
• Proficiency in Sketchup and Layout is essential
• Other CAD programs are highly regarded
• 5-10 years industry experience
• Up to date with current, local building and council compliancy
• Strong construction knowledge
• Awareness of current market conditions and project costs
