Right now, we are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a bright and energised Deputy Program Manager to join our inspired team in Garden Island.

In this role, you will contribute to the critical outcomes of the Australian Defence Force by delivering complex, state-of-the-art programs designed to keep Australia safe.

The Role:

Located at the Garden Island Defence Precinct in Sydney you will be the Deputy to the Program Manager who is responsible for the Hobart Class DDG Combat System Integration team as well as the Supply Class Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment Communications Systems Support team.

The role requires direct supervision of a PMO team including EHS, quality, finance, contracts, security and scheduling professionals.

As the Deputy Program Manager you will also assist in the management of over 80 engineers, technicians, project managers and supply support staff.
