Through high-level management of Field Operations, M&E Services and Treatment Plant Operations this role will have overarching responsibility for the day-to-day operations of these functional areas as its main focus. Coupled with that is the critical function in providing the linkage between field operations and the longer-term planning and management strategy of the wider management team.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of works packages and maintenance programs in a timely and efficient manner
- Ownership and accountability for delivery of the Annual Works Plan
- Working with and directing team leads in the delivery of Operations and Maintenance activities across the three functional teams of Treatment, Field Operations and M&E.
- Resource management, ensuring that works are delivered to the quality and quantity as required and contractual requirements are met
- Overall responsibility for Work Order accuracy and data validation
- Providing an environment, and continually striving towards a culture that enables staff to be the best they can be through having the tools and systems in place that promote safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Working closely with the HSEQ Manager and delivery teams to ensure that works are carried out safely and in accordance with National, State and Company safety requirements.
- Environmental obligations and the General Environmental Duty are met in the carrying out of delivery operations.
- Product Quality Specifications are achieved and all HACCP-related requirements are in place
- Ensuring that work order data is accurate and complete with any errors addressed within required timeframes
- Ensure incidents are managed rapidly, safely, and effectively and investigation is completed and improvements implemented

About You
- Tertiary qualifications in an engineering degree or related discipline would be highly regarded.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a maintenance or operational delivery environment
- Strong focus on cost and operational management, and the ability to work to budget and time constraints.
- Accomplished manager of teams including selection and performance improvement
- Demonstrated experience in managing a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience in managing Plant and Equipment including preparation of Capital Expenditure Proposals
- Project management skills and experience will be required for this role
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of operations and associated team management
- Ability to interpret workflow data to ensure data quality in Work Order records remains high and data validation errors are minimised
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
