Information and Technology division drives digital innovation and the way we interact with our customers through the development of digital products, IT support, cyber security, and information management services.
This is an exciting opportunity that will see you working collaboratively with the growing Data Quality Team. You will assist with quality assessment of customer data and turn it into information which can offer ways to improve the agency’s existing processes and work with different division within the agency to enable data driven decisions that will ultimately better the lives of the people that NSW TAG supports.
Collect, Collate and Assess Customer Data from agency’s information systems
Work with Data Quality Team to ensure data quality
Respond to requests for information which could come from different divisions within the agency
Prepare and create regular reports as requested
