Our business is growing and so is the OneData team. In this newly defined position, we're looking for a Data Management Lead with strong business instincts, people management experience, creativity and data management mastery.

Applying your leading practice analytical methods and techniques in support of the OneData Management strategy. You will be a will key contributor towards continuous delivery of data led solutions ensuring all decisions and outcomes are aligned to the OneDigital mission and overall vision.

• Research and apply advanced analytics opportunities in areas of regression, prediction, machine learning, text mining and similar to identify new potential solutions
• Data management strategy
• Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods and recommending solutions
• Lead performance and integration of sophisticated analytics to promote understanding of business challenges or opportunities
• Set/Lead/collaborate on the execution of data and analytics reporting plans
• Create, present, and communicate high impact data and insights to internal and external partners
• Collaborate/influence all aspects of Data Architecture, turning event analysis and raw application data into key business insights
• Liaise with executive leadership and other technology chapter leads to ensure that the architecture of the Data platform is at a certain standard, supporting the OneDigital customer missions and the vision for the organisation
• Communicate with team members to ensure standards are published, updated, and adhered to, to support the communication of business information and decisions
• Develop thought leadership and Data Management collateral to all levels of technology and business teams across the OneDigital and effectively integrate long term opportunities and challenges with day-to–day activities
• Identify the capabilities needed to build a team of high performing analyst and support the growth of the OneDigital talent capabilities
• Learning from your team while you share your knowledge adding your very own splash of colour to our palette and make it fun. At OneDigital It is part of everyone’s core role to ensure that no one is left behind and that everyone is enjoying their journey as they evolve!
