Randstad is seeking a highly organized Data Entry Officer to join our client's vibrant team in the Adelaide CBD within the energy sector. As a key member of the administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks
  • Complete work orders
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Provide occasional reception coverage
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and projects as needed
     

Requirements
 

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional attitude,with a strong attention to detail
