• Retrieving data as requested
• Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary
• Constant communication with freight firms to schedule freight
• Use of freight booking systems to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and transportation
• Assist the warehouse manager with administrative tasks
• Handling high volumes of manual data entry
