Description:
The Digital Court Program (DCP) is part of the IT section, and is responsible for modernising and optimising technology and capability to support the work of the Court and its users. The DCP is currently designing and developing a new single case management system for the Courts, which is a strategically significant and high-priority project.
Within the DCP, the Data Analyst and Developer will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to analyse operational data and build report products to inform the work of the program and support internal stakeholder needs. This will involve querying databases to investigate business process issues, preparing data evidence to inform project design decisions, liaising with internal stakeholders to define requirements, and building integrated reporting products within the program. The Data Analyst and Developer will support and contribute to the development of standardised practices for the creation and maintenance of data products, and generally support a planned data uplift.
The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience, careful attention to detail, and take a curious and analytical approach to their work.
