Description:
The Asset Systems team is seeking a highly motivated JDE Data Administrator to engage with the system and maintain the currency, completeness and integrity of the data. This is a great opportunity to engage with Asset Management and Maintenance Management systems as well as utilising skills in O365 tools such as PowerBI and PowerApps.
The Preferred Candidate Will Have
- Degree or Diploma in STEM discipline
- Data Administration experience
- Demonstrated Experience in O365 tools including PowerBI and PowerApps
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn JDE (ERP) with a general IT affinity
Additional Desirable Experience And Skills
- SQL knowledge
- JD Edwards Enterprise One experience as well as DAS ReportsNow
- Competence in PowerBI / PowerApps
- Proven ability to work effectively within teams
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office suite experience
Scope
Key activities required to deliver the scope include (not exhaustive):
- Administer the Update of Asset information through upload of new/modified data to the system.
- Monitor/Process Asset Alteration Requests and follow up on blocked requests within the workflow
- Administer Reporting in both DAS ReportsNow and PowerBI ensuring stakeholders are receiving the information they require.
- Assist with Requests received for new/altered reports.
- Report generation and publishing
- Monitor and upload the condition/measurement data received from maintenance/inspection programs such as IEV100/EV120, RFD and Creep Measurements etc.
Deliverables
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the timely entry and maintenance of asset master data, supplemental data & technical maintenance plans in the EAMS.
- Maintain the integrity of the EAMS data/system
- Develop and implement regular and ad-hoc reporting for Asset Management personnel and other stakeholders.
- Provide a range of administrative tasks for the NDAM and Project team
- Develop and maintain robust process for data migration and management.
- Analyse inspection and fault data to determine reliability parameters and assist with development options for continuous improvement of the EAMS.
- Manage and maintain asset classifications broken down by discrete and continuous assets to aid maintenance management and analysis.
- Facilitate changes to asset configuration and testing regimes for maintenance requirements for assets change (e.g., amended Technical Maintenance Plans and asset configuration changes due to Maintenance or Project activities).
- Develop data analysis capabilities within the EAMS to meet business requirements and to enable timely, informed decision-making for continuing asset strategy development and works plans.
- Ensure data relating to Interface points with all third parties, special hazard locations, environmentally sensitive areas, heritage overlays, locations where permits are required or other safety specific advice to maintainers is recorded in the system as the data is provided
