Description:
This role is responsible for delivering security services internally and for my client's customer base, whilst working closely with the Sales and Solutions teams, to ensure the successful delivery of Security Managed Services offerings in the Australian market.
Key Accountabilities
- Providing domain expertise and support Identity and Access Management / Privileged Access Management solutions, including onboarding of new services.
- Performs vulnerability assessments of systems and assets within the network environment and patch/mitigate as needed.
- Support the development and maintenance of new and existing security-managed services.
- Support their cyber-security strategy to ensure applicable customer information security policies, frameworks, controls, and guidelines are adhered to.
- Develop vulnerability and patch management plans.
What experience will I need?
- 5+ years of IT security experience
- Experience managing security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, MFA, log management
- Experience with implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management / Privileged Access Management solutions such as Thycotic, OKTA, Sail Point IQ, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra
- Working knowledge of vulnerability management tools
- Active Directory & Cloud AD. E.g., Azure AD
- Knowledge of various frameworks such as ISO, NIST, Essential 8
- Knowledge of cloud network security solutions such as CASB, WAF
