The Role

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the organisation's sensitive information and technology infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to assess risks, develop robust security strategies, and implement effective security measures that align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities
 

• Monitoring the technology threat landscape for vulnerabilities and potential risks in our systems and networks.
• Advising security implementations and providing guidance on cyber-related queries.
• Managing daily operational management of security platforms and maintaining information security policies
• Providing training to employees on security best practices, creating a culture of security awareness.
• Respond to and mitigate security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay current with emerging security threats, technologies, and industry trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
   

REQUIREMENTS:
 

• Minimum 3 years experience in Information Security
• Experience with SIEM tools, phishing scenarios, and vulnerability management
• Understanding of Security Operations experience and network security
• Strong communication, internal and external stakeholder management
