The business is growing quickly and we are looking to build a world-class customer service organisation, starting with our first Customer Support Specialists.

  • Providing first-class customer service to our shippers over the phone and email
  • Following best-practice record keeping of customer interactions and transactions
  • Drafting tailored quotes
  • Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Providing customers with updates on their shipments
  • Signing up inbound prospective customers on an ad-hoc basis
  • Strong written and spoken communication
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Logistics experience is a plus, but not a necessity – training will be provided
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills
