The Connections Support Officer is a full-time 12-month fixed term contract opportunity, that provides high quality customer support to South East Water’s customers, primarily through the use of telephone, email and some face-to-face communication. The primary role is to assist customers with queries relating to asset information and water and sewer connection requirements to South East Water assets.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
 

  • Providing expertise and direction to customers, to ensure the protection of South East Water assets under the current water and servicing guidelines.
  • Contribute to processing of Size Depth and Offsets and Property Sewer Plans
  • Provide technical advice to customers and other business areas relating to Sewer & Water servicing requirements, asset protection.
  • Management of online functions, including tapping and meter bookings
  • Interpret Asset and Property Sewerage Plan information, provide asset locations and report missing sewer points.
