Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

Based in Tatura, you’ll join the Customer Experience team providing superior front-line customer service and office administration support to all GMW customers and stakeholders.

Working in a team environment, the Customer Support Officer is responsible for processing a range of transactions, resolving customer enquiries and is committed to meeting agreed performance targets and quality standards.

Successful candidates will have:

• experience in customer service;
• will possess strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening;
• be able to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
• be flexible and able to attend a shift at short notice,
