The Customer Support Officer is a key customer touchpoint for our customers and accordingly is responsible for building positive relationships with customers through the delivery of the best customer experience. A key purpose of the role is to ensure that we give our customers efficient and effective service by assisting customers with gaining connection to water.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity

rTo be successful in this position, you will have below qualifications, skills and experience in a similar role:

  • Strong experience in hands on customer service/telephone skills
  • A natural ability to resolve customer enquiries and quickly find correct solution.
  • Strong proven keyboard accuracy and computer skills
  • Experienced working in an effective team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bring your positive approach whilst dealings with South East Water customers and your strong desire to provide outstanding assistance.
  • The ability to conduct detailed administration tasks.
  • Skilled and experienced in Microsoft Office.
