Customer Support Coordinator

 

Description:

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively manage customer expectations by communicating with current Metricon owners/occupiers to ensure they are thoroughly and consistently aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process;
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships;
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details;
  • Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation;
  • Exceed customer expectations by responding to and following up on customer enquiries within nominated timeframes;
  • Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients;
  • Assist with all Customer Support related tasks;
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships; and
  • Projects as nominated by Customer Support Team Leader.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience within a Customer Service & Administrative capacity, Essential;
  • Experience in the building industry is desirable (but not essential) or having built your own home would be a great advantage;
  • Experience working in a time critical working environment;
  • A positive attitude and team player disposition;
  • Ability to establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Highly developed interpersonal communication skills; and
  • Intermediate skill level using Microsoft Office, experience in using database systems is an added advantage.
