As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing application support for a leading Learner Management System to external customers and assisting with web-based software queries via the telephone or by electronically. The role involves answering application queries in line with Skills sector business knowledge, diagnosing issues and testing new releases.

Provide online & telephone software support to customersSupport industry leading management information systemEnsure support requests are handled efficiently and within agreed SLA’sMake sure tasks are completed and outcomes communicated to a high standardMaintain strong relationship with external and internal customersCreate and maintain supporting documentation for internal use

This is the ideal opportunity for a customer-focused professional, interested in providing application support for a leading Learner Management System. Full training is provided. You will be providing application support to external customers and assisting them with our clients web-based software via the telephone and by email.

Taking ownership of users’ issues, you will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. Responding to enquires in an efficient and friendly manner, you will help to resolve practical issues and software problems.
