Customer Support Associate

 

Description:

Rombola Family Farms is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team in Sydney. This permanent full-time role will support our national sales team in coordinating the incoming customer orders and liaising with our logistics team to ensure all administrative requirement are met prior to the dispatch of goods.

Duties include but not limited to:

Entry of incoming customer sales orders

ERP system administration

Support in analysing customer sales data

Assist in completion of dispatch documentation and delivery paperwork

Support daily stock control activities

Assist with inbound freight planning and coordination from interstate farms

Actively participate in both daily Sales and Supply Chain meetings

Data entry of daily wholesale customer pricing and volumes

Voice concerns with management and assist in problem solving to resolve concerns if required

 

To be considered for permanent employment with us, you will need to have the following:

Current Driver’s License

Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude

A team player who can work effectively with people from different backgrounds

Computer literate with both capability and wiliness to learn and understand new bespoke IT systems

Ability to adhere to rules and procedures

Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets

Good written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn, with an appetite to grow with the business.
