We're live in market with paying enterprise customers and looking for an ambitious Implementation & Customer Success Manager to join the team to help get our customers live and optimise the process for each new implementation and first line customer support.

Our enterprise customers are large billers, and right now we’re focused 100% on growth and optimisation among local governments/councils, schools and energy utilities.

About the role

We’re growing super-fast. Our co-founders are keen to welcome an enthusiastic, capable individual to join our team, to:

  • Co-ordinate the customer implementations getting them live as seamlessly as possible being the face of the implementation across tech and no-tech workstreams such as ERP integration and GTM activities

  • Ensuring our implementations result in happy customers that will become our references and advocates

  • Post implementation support and triage of customer issues ensuring customer success

  • Support operations and free up bandwidth from our co-founders and functional leads
