Description:

Summary

  • Assist in the onboarding of FiveStones customers onto the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) & facilitate the delivery of platforms fundamentals training.
  • Create and maintain documentations for product updates, roadmaps, best practises and more
  • Be the first responder and solution provider for customer GMP technical enquiries whilst ensuring quality of response, information and communication is of high standards
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager in proactively identifying opportunities to maximise customers’ usage of the Google Marketing Platform, through platform audits
  • Co-manage the launch, delivery & optimizations of programmatic and/or paid search campaigns as and when applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the delivery of Digital Maturity solutions in the areas of paid media consulting, web & app analytics, data collection or data visualisation.
