About the role


To help support our growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Success Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be playing an integral role in the customer lifecycle, working closely with our Head of Supply and Distribution to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders across our portfolio of brands. You will be a collaborative individual and enjoy working closely with our internal teams, as well as maintaining excellent relations with our customers and suppliers.
In turn, you will join an extremely passionate team and be exposed to the operations of an incredibly fast-growing start-up merging two exciting new industries – cannabis and digital health.

What you'll do

Central point of contact for customer enquiries, including answering questions via email and phone

Supporting pharmacists with Cultiva registrations and product ordering

Customer feedback management

Process customer orders and ensure that all orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time

Assist with the management of freight and courier services

Monitor inventory levels and ensure that adequate stock is available to fulfil orders

Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory levels

Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner

Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as receiving shipments and organising inventory

About you

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with inventory management systems and software (Xero, Google Workspace, StarShipIt) highly regarded

Experience in order management or pharmaceutical-related background highly regarded, but not essential

Ability and willingness to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kg) as needed
