Customer Services Officer

 

Description:

As the Customer Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all client and stakeholder enquiries and issues relating to products and services. Contact will be (roughly) 80%-20% via email and phone, and your primary role will be to resolve their queries swiftly, efficiently and provide exceptional client service.
