Excellent opportunity to join a global organisation based in Macquaire park who are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Dynamic executive team.

Developing & execution of Strategic Sales Plans
Manage all operational aspects of the Customer Contact Centre including the effective transfer of relevant customer information from each site
Hands-on delivery of Australian sale revenues in the areas of recruitment and retention (supervision and support)
Development of organisational products/experiences, complete with implementation guidelines, operational framework and supporting artwork suites
Manage the scheduling and delivery of revenue/sales targets for sites
Coordinate multi-village on-campus promotional activities
Develop new and review existing standard operating procedures across the AU portfolio to ensure best practices
Recruitment and training of the Summer support staff.
Ensure staff are appropriately trained to perform their roles effectively
Participate in the creation of innovative campaigns and incentives
Management of the day-to-day support of international agents, including monitoring of performance and accurate reconciliation of commissions payable
Delivering Campus Summer Stays and Short Stay revenue budgets, and support alternative occupancy and revenue strategies
Ensure AU sales promotions are compliant with appropriate legislation
Rostering of contact centre staff
