Description:
Reporting directly to the General Manager MAN truck Sales & Support, the Customer Service Support Manager is responsible for all after sales support activities.
As the Customer Service Support Manager, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:
- Support and advise the workshop staff of our MAN importer in service matters;
- Support during repairs and troubleshooting;
- Advise the staff how to use MAN service documentation and IT info platform;
- Help and support the importer to develop and follow fix workshop routines e.g. warranty process, service desk, necessary forms for warranty application;
- Monitor the workshop staff and advise on potential workshop improvements;
- Visit customers and workshops for technical investigations and provide further support;
- Carry out special investigations and modifications in cooperation with HQ;
- Attend to service desk cases of assigned importers;
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively through the APAC region; and
- Ability and willingness to perform under challenging environmental and working conditions.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:
- Extensive experience within a commercial vehicle workshop;
- Extensive experience in the commercial vehicle sector, with a profound knowledge of MAN products and processes to support the importer accordingly;
- Previous experience in supporting and guiding an importer dealer network;
- Demonstrated experience in supporting after sales matters e.g. warranty/goodwill process; AS portal usage, ordering special tools;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Drive decision making, with a strong focus on reaching the desired outcomes efficiently and effectively; and
- Ability to work as part of a small dedicated team or independently.
