About the Role
The Customer Service Supervisor is the most senior member in the Customer Service Team, who is central to ensuring the smooth running of customer service operations for the organisation. This role will be the first respondent to phone calls, responsible for processing all inbound sales orders and be the first point of contact for high value customers such as contract manufacturing clients, distributors and export freight forwarders.
About You
We’re seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service professional with demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end order cycle. Care factor is of utmost importance in this role, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
