The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with extraordinary customer service skills to join our National Support Centre based in Revesby. This role will involve responding to a high volume of inbound customer orders, mainly via email, web portals and phone. This position is fundamental in providing excellent customer service while at the same time delivering great outcomes for the business by processing customer orders effectively and efficiently.
