  • Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Is systematic and organised

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Support

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via Hubspot
  • Handle subscription queries and technical support
  • Assist with media kit requests and artwork downloads
  • Manage subscription changes and updates
  • Provide first-level technical support for website issues
  • Assist with login, signup, and password changes
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members
  • Monitor commercial usage of our content
