What The Day Will Look Like

  • Manage high volume of quotation inbound/outbound calls and email leads
  • Work with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
  • Negotiate terms with internal and external underwriting staff
  • Partner with customers, and colleagues across the business to exceed prospects and client expectations
  • Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and business
  • Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations
  • Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge

  • Sales mindset and ability to make a connection with clients
  • Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification an advantage
  • Experience in Financial Services, Health, Telco or similar organisations servicing large client volumes desirable
