As a Customer Service Specialist you’ll help our customers realise their financial goals by conducting financial health checks. By identifying particular needs and understanding our customer’s future plans you will be able to explain the benefits of a comprehensive and diverse range of products and services.
Often you will see a need to refer the customer on to one of our specialist teams such as business banking or financial planning to ensure that we’ve provided them with the best possible care and experience. To be successful in this role you’ll have the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions, to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
You’ll need to bring your passion for service excellence and, whilst being comfortable working independently, you will also be able to refer our customers to other specialist team members in order to better serve their needs.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
Most importantly you’ll need to have a genuine passion for the customer and for doing the right thing to ensure we’re putting our customer’s needs first.
