We are currently seeking for Customer Service Sales Advisors to take advantage of a fantastic opportunity to work for our client that is well respected in the Insurance Industry. About the role:

As a Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will have responsibility for the following:

• Engage with clients generated through warm leads.
• Provide a recommendation to the client for the option that is most suitable from the panel of Health Insurance policies that can be provided.
• Complete the application process to ensure the member has joined their new fund.
• Achieve sales conversion and productivity targets.
• Adherence to legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Understand the basics of Health Insurance regulations and Health Fund rules.

About You:

As an experienced Customer Service Sales Advisor, you will have

• a High level of computer skills and data entry accuracy
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to analyse and solve problems with sound decision making and problem-solving skills
• Commitment and drive to meet accountabilities and achieve success
• Previous experience within a sales orientated or call centre environment is desirable
• Private Health Insurance experience advantageous but not essential
