Our client portfolio ranges from the Top 4 Banks leading Insurance companies to ASX listed Financial Services firms. Our clients are based all over Melbourne, predominantly within the CBD, but also with the suburbs.

Who we are looking for

We have many different types of roles available, however we specialise in the customer service and back office operations space within these clients. The types of roles we work on include, but are not limited too:

• Customer Service Representatives (Inbound/Outbound)
• Collections Officers
• Administrators

How will you contribute

Whilst we don't require you to have experience in a similar role, any background of customer service (hospitality, retail, contact centre, etc) will be highly advantageous!
