A fantastic opportunity is now available within Customer Metering and Accounts. We are looking for people who want to deliver quality customer experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Liaise with customers to investigate and resolve enquiries or complaints.
- Create and maintain customer, property and meter master data.
- Processing business exceptions including investigation and data processing.
- Create new accounts.
- Provide conveyancing products to brokers.
- Use InfoTrack and LRS to enable accurate billing.
- Work with other areas of Sydney Water as part of your day to day role.
Ideal candidate must:
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to be a team player and work as part of a large team in an open floor plan
- Demonstrate proficiency in using a computer – accuracy of data input, ability to use multiple applications and screen views
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, complete multiple activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexibly
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a customer service role in an organisation with a reputation for service excellence is an advantage
- Capture and update customer, meter and property data to allow for timely and accurate issue of bills.
- Process billing and payment exceptions.
- Facilitate meter reading and meter services contract services.
- Take action on unpaid bills.
- Complete projects to improve work processes.
