The Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Training Academy Team to service our clients across ANZ and North America. This pivotal role managed the coordination of technicians to provide mechanical services to our clients. It is a fast-paced and dynamic role with plenty of opportunity to grow and develop in our growing business!

 


The hours of work are rostered in advance and are between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday.

 


Your key responsibilities will include

  • Managing customer requests for servicing, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance works
  • Customer quotes, ordering parts and labour planning
  • Coordinate the daily schedules for the national team of Field Technicians
  • Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of our Technicians attending to their request
  • Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance
  • and much more....

About You

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Experience in a customer focused, scheduling or coordination role
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, engineering, automotive or similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and problem solving skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and technicians
