THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking passionate individuals from the hospitality environment to join our diverse team and carve out a new career supporting people injured in the workforce.

No two days are the same however your experience in the hospitality industry will support your learning as your become a Case Manager. This is a great opportunity to step away from your hospitality environment and harness your customer service skills, thrive in an inclusive team culture, whilst learning the ever-changing world of workers compensation.

As one of our dedicated Case Managers you will help injured workers get their lives back. You will liaise with a variety of different stakeholders including allied health professionals, employers, and the injured person. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Our case managers play an integral role here at EML and you really have the chance to make a difference in other people’s lives.

This will be a full time position based in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Answer new inquiries and gather evidence about claims
  • Reassure, assist and help customers with empathy
  • Manage difficult conversations and take ownership of your own portfolio of claims
  • Liaise with a variety of different stakeholders with ease
  • Work in a supportive team environment to get the best outcomes possible for our customers
