About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Enfield office. This position will be responsible for servicing our customers for whom Vietnamese is a first language, so the successful applicant will need to be proficient in verbal and written Vietnamese.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional service to our customers across our Bakery Ingredients division.
As a Customer Service Representative at MAURI, your key responsibilities will be:
 

  • Entering customer orders received via phone and email, with a high level of accuracy
  • Skilfully handling customer complaints and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Effectively managing the pricing and credits request process in line with customer service KPIs
  • Actively participating in Call Coaching sessions to continually improve our customers' experience
  • Accurately entering pricing information
  • Setting up new customer accounts

The working hours for this role are 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on start times depending on rotas.
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods. Additionally, you will:
 

  • Have a strong customer focus and desire to deliver exceptional service
  • Possess experience working in SAP, or with another ERP system
  • Be confident in your ability to enter data accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Enjoy taking the initiative, and be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Be able to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Love solving problems
