Customer Service Representative

 

Description:

We are looking for a hands-on individual enthusiastic about Customer Service with strong influencing skills to support the Operations team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with AbbVie’s outsourced partners in order processing and the 3rd party logistics provider to ensure order execution and follow up with them regarding customer delivery queries. The team member is responsible for managing the reporting requirements from Public and Private Hospitals, facilitating, and tracking anesthetic vaporizers at hospitals.

Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Managing complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives

Processing incoming orders, product returns, rebates accurately and timely.

Co-ordination and release of customer orders, product allocations

Ensuring that all hospitals are properly equipped with the required equipment (vaporisers) and coordinating the return of equipment via our service centres.

Provide support to other business activities and projects

Liaise and support internal commercial teams and external key stakeholders

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels with wholesalers

Support new product launches, including the setup of new/replacement products with customers
