Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a Customer Service Consultant your key contribution will be to provide top notch customer service to new and existing customers. You will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after.

  • Answering customer queries via phone and email ensuring a timely, accurate and quality response
  • Establish new policies and provide service to update existing policies
  • Providing resolution to all technical queries and account management information on services
  • Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence
  • Ensuring accurate information is recorded within their CRM System
  • Contributing to the development of new ideas
  • Maintain quality data processing
  • Performing administrative duties to support the provision of service delivery

Your Skills And Experience

  • Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s customer service experience from the retail or hospitality industry
  • You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
  • You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
