There are a number of upcoming opportunities to be part of a casual pool within the Family Support contact centre. As a Family Support Consultant, you will be providing expert advice across a number of key areas. These positions are a part of a "Casual Pool" and the hours of work will vary.

About the role:

  • Responding to customers - including communication via all channels (telephone, dialler, email, web chat and text etc)
  • This is a sales and service role with a humanised approach to engaging with customers
  • Ability to build rapport quickly to ensure service excellence that leads to prompt resolutions of queries, problems or complaints.
  • Treating and taking ownership of each contact in a professional and consultative manner
  • Meeting targets for quality interaction within the processes
  • Liaising and providing feedback within the team - to help meet customer satisfaction targets/objectives
  • Complete outbound follow up calls and undertake ad hoc tasks
  • Consistently meet all individual and team performance targets
  • High attention to details and ability to multitask using up to 3 screen

About You:
Essential:

  • Blue Card Holder - must obtain this yourself if you don't already have one
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Collaborative problem solver
  • Experience in an Omni channel environment
  • Experience in a sales and resolutions environment

Desirable:

  • Experience in the child care, aged care or other service business
  • High level of empathy and emotional resilience
  • Ability to multitask
