There are a number of upcoming opportunities to be part of a casual pool within the Family Support contact centre. As a Family Support Consultant, you will be providing expert advice across a number of key areas. These positions are a part of a "Casual Pool" and the hours of work will vary.
About the role:
- Responding to customers - including communication via all channels (telephone, dialler, email, web chat and text etc)
- This is a sales and service role with a humanised approach to engaging with customers
- Ability to build rapport quickly to ensure service excellence that leads to prompt resolutions of queries, problems or complaints.
- Treating and taking ownership of each contact in a professional and consultative manner
- Meeting targets for quality interaction within the processes
- Liaising and providing feedback within the team - to help meet customer satisfaction targets/objectives
- Complete outbound follow up calls and undertake ad hoc tasks
- Consistently meet all individual and team performance targets
- High attention to details and ability to multitask using up to 3 screen
About You:
Essential:
- Blue Card Holder - must obtain this yourself if you don't already have one
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Collaborative problem solver
- Experience in an Omni channel environment
- Experience in a sales and resolutions environment
Desirable:
- Experience in the child care, aged care or other service business
- High level of empathy and emotional resilience
- Ability to multitask
