We are looking for a casual Customer Support Officer who will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Contact Centre based in Brisbane CBD or Melbourne (Fitzroy) . This is a casual role working up to 38 hours per week 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Job

• Deliver high quality, timely and professional customer service to our job seekers and employers.
• Managing inbound call volumes of a minimum of 100 calls a day
• Outbound lead generation of vacancies with employers
• Working with jobseekers, employers and internal stakeholders to ensure a one call resolution service.
• Actively participate in the team’s delivery of services under the jobactive contract
• Achieve performance targets and business goals
• Adhere to compliance processes and procedures

The Right Person

• Must be available immediately
• Previous inbound call centre experience, dealing with high volume of calls
• Proven and extensive phone-based customer service experience
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Adaptable to new situations and focuses with a customer service and relationship building skills
• To be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team, operating both locally or virtually
• A solutions based approach to respond to the needs of employers and jobseekers.
• Communication skills of a high order with the capacity to work effectively across various industries
• Experience within the employment services industry (preferred)
