About the role:

This role is essential in ensuring that we deliver an exception experience for our customers. In this role you will:

  • Diligently utilise systems, process and procedures to effectively manage calls and emails within the desired SLAs.
  • Ensure all orders and invoices are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to escalate and resolve any customer issues.
  • Provide customers with detailed and accurate information on products and services.
  • Share important information with peers, leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate Professional Selling Skills to cross sell and up sell Tassal’s products to new and existing customers
  • Complete all general administrative tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Utilise your prior customer service experience to interact with customers in a positive and constructive manner.
  • Bring a solutions focused and innovative mindset, making recommendations on systems, process and procedures as appropriate.
