Customer Service Officer

 

Description:

Reporting to the Branch Manager within our Commercial and Industrial arm, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in engaging with the customers via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
 

  • Assist customers over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts.
  • Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies.
     

About You
 

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with or ability to quickly learn Salesforce and other company-specific systems.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
