Based from Adelaide, this is your opportunity to work for our Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) Division, Australia's largest and only national ANP.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working within a close knit and fun team, you will be responsible for exceptional internal and external customer service via the phone and email while also providing a high level of administration support. This varied role will involve processing contracts, taking inbound calls, working with job seekers and assisting ANP Field staff in completing their roles.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure our customers are satisfied and our business goals are met.
