The Opportunity

Our client is NGO operating in the Health & Communicty Sector and has been around for 30 years. They are currently seeking motivated customer service focussed staff with good administrative skills to join their team.

Duties:

This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing clients and third parties
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to facilitate meetings between clients and third party orperators
  • Ability to operate in a fast-faced environment
  • Maintaining and updating client records accurately
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to liaise with clients and a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
