The Opportunity:

people2people are recruiting multiple exciting opportunities to work as a Customer Service Officer for a State Government Department. This is an initial 4 month assignment, offering an immediate start until the start of July. This role offers flexibility to work from home after training - training will be conducted in Moe, 3825.

Duties:
 

  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintaining a database of queries
  • Adhoc administrative tasks


About you:

  • Previous customer service or administration experience
  • Previous experience working within Government is not essential but highly regarded
  • A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check
  • Great problem solving skills
