About the role
As one in a team of four casual Customer Service Officers, you will be the face of Parks Victoria to greet new campers and service their needs during their stay. This includes inducting campers into the site, providing general park information, monitoring the condition and use of the campground, running the small retail outlet within the reception centre and supporting the Ranger and Team Leader with basic site maintenance needs.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience in a retail setting
• Strong verbal communication skills
