Utilise your exceptional Customer Service skills and fun-loving attitude to respond to customer enquiries via email and inbound calls in this exciting, busy office. Manage your own time, build quick rapport with customers and monitor orders and inventory.

Duties:

• Maintaining great relationships with customers
• Providing admin support to the team
• Perform all order entry and maintenance entry
• Analyse job-related information and make decisions based on previous experience
• Analyse stock positions and address concerns for customers
