Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and mentor our existing team to deliver on service excellence each and every time.
The Position
Provide leadership and be part of the customer service team
Implement service policies to deliver maximum customer satisfaction
Recommend changes to policies and procedures to exceed customer expectations
Develop and monitor KPI's for the measurement of the team activities
Manage staffing levels and hours to ensure standards are met
Develop and implement appropriate training for staff
Long-term employment in a continuously growing organisation

The Candidate
The successful applicant will have proven experience ideally from the engineering / distribution industry, dealing with both resellers and end users and will display the following:
3-5 years of customer service and team management experience
Ability to motivate and coach to achieve strategic goals
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills with excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.
Strong people management skills including performance management
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and ERP software
